About

Thank you for visiting my website! My name is Brittany Raymer and I’m a journalist specializing in religion, abortion, international relations, royals and history. I’ve been published in The Christian Post, The Daily Citizen, Decision magazine and The Washington Times.

I’ve interviewed people from all walks of life, most notably former Vice President Mike Pence, Rep. Ann Wagoner (R-Missouri), Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.), Nebraska Gov. Pete Ricketts, Ken Starr, Dana Perino, Janice Dean, Shannon Bream, Stephen Kendrick, Abby Johnson, Lila Rose and a variety of other individuals.

In addition, an article I wrote was highlighted on social media by former First Lady Melania Trump.

Previously, I worked as a researcher and writer for a large international nonprofit. In that role, I focused on topics related to international relations, history, genocide, terrorism and epidemics, specifically the Ebola outbreak of 2014. I’ve assisted with the drafting of Congressional testimonies and a The New York Times op-ed.

As a historian and journalist, I’ve been to the majority of Western Europe-including participating in an archaeological dig in Coimbra, Portugal and as an intern with the Department of State in Edinburgh, Scotland-Africa, Asia, South America and the Caribbean.

I have a Master’s degree in history, with an emphasis on European history and American foreign policy. My thesis was on the development of the atomic bomb in Pakistan.

My areas of expertise include: history, American foreign policy, disaster relief, abortion, terrorism, South Sudan, genocide, famine, North Korea and a variety of other topics.
